The Venue
Bellamy Bar Cookery opened its doors in October 2016 with the aim to offer drinks and bites in an informal yet stylish and cosy setting -initiated by Sebastiaan van der Weerden (founder of Go Ten, Konrad and Octans, among others). Two years later he was joined by Rodolphe Chevalier, well-known for his sommelier skills and own wine bar, Vinoteca. With him, he brought Sébastien, fresh from Brussels, to take over the kitchen. This collaboration not only added a layer to the food menu and, of course, wine list but also a "French touch" -and a moustache!
Our Kitchen
Often French, sometimes Belgian, open to the world at all times and...fun, always! We like the idea of sharing gastronomic tapas. We believe you would too!
