Bellamy Bar Cookery opened its doors in October 2016 with the aim to offer drinks and bites in an informal yet stylish and cosy setting -initiated by Sebastiaan van der Weerden (founder of Go Ten and Octans). Two years later he was joined by Rodolphe Chevalier, well-known for his sommelier skills and own winebar, Vinoteca. With him, he brought his brother-in-law, Sébastien, fresh from Brussels, to take over the kitchen. This collaboration not only added a layer to the food menu and, of course, wine list but also a "French touch" -and a moustache!
